Simple syrup
- Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups sugar

3.5-7 grams of decarbed cannabis
(depending on how strong you want it) - 3 tablespoons vegetable glycerin
- Steps:
- When water has worked its way to a low boil again add in cannabis for 20-25minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add in sugar and stir until dissolved
- Stir in vegetable glycerin

Remove pot from burner and let plant material steep for 25-30 minutes. Strain simple
sugar mixture through a cheese cloth and pour into glass container.
Pancakes - 4 to 5 Servings
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs (room temp)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup melted cannabutter or cannaoil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½-2 cup milk (buttermilk can be used. use more as needed)
- 1 teaspoons salt
- Steps:

In a large bowl whisk together dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients
and whisk until well blended. Mixture should be smooth and not runny.
If mixture is too thick to pour smoothly add more milk. - Turn skillet on medium heat (recommend non-stick). When skillet is hot, pour on batter to desirable size. Wait 3-4 minutes until bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
Snicker Doodle
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup melted canna-butter or canna-coconut oil.
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
- Toppings:
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Combine and mix well
- Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325
- Grease pan or line with parchment paper
- In large bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, canna-butter/canna-coconut
- Add in flour, salt, cream of tartar and stir until smooth.
- Spread batter evenly into pan and sprinkle on topping.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes until fork inserted into pan comes out clean.
- Let cool and enjoy
Cannabutter
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 1 tablespoon lecithin (optional)
- 1 cup water
- 7 grams decarbed cannabis
- Steps:
- Melt butter on low heat
- Add in water, decarbed cannabis, and lecithin
- Simmer on low heat for 2:30-3 hours stirring occasionally
- Using cheesecloth, strain mixture into butter mold or container and place into refrigerator.
- Once hardened, finished butter will separate from any remaining water
Chewy Cheeba Blondie Bites
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup melted canna-butter or canna-coconut oil.
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Steps:

Coconut Oil
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Coconut Oil
- 7 grams decarbed cannabis
- 1 tablespoon lecithin
- Steps:
- Heat Coconut Oil on low heat
- Add in decarbed cannabis and lecithin
- Simmer on low heat for 2:30-3 hours stirring occasionally.
- Using cheesecloth, strain mixture into container and place into refrigerator.
Cheeba Teriyaki Sauce
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup infused simple syrup
- 1 cup mirin
- ½ cup sake
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ cup cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons cornstarch (add last)
- Steps:
- Put pan on stove and turn to medium heat
- Add in sesame oil
- Add in garlic and ginger and heat until fragrant
- Add remaining ingredients and let sauce come to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then Add in the water -cornstarch mixture.
- Heat until and stir until sauce thickens. If it is too sweet or not sweet enough add water or sugar as desired.
